Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy
At Epic Coloring Pages, we are committed to respecting the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of all third parties. We strive to ensure that all content uploaded to and distributed on our website, www.epiccoloringpages.com, is either original, licensed, or falls under fair use.
Terminology and Scope
Item: Any digital content, including coloring pages, images, or designs, distributed by Epic Coloring Pages.
IPR Holder: The individual or entity that owns the Intellectual Property Rights to the alleged infringing material.
Business Day: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.
Violation Material: Any Item claimed to infringe upon Intellectual Property Rights.
Our Approach to Fan Content and Brands
As a family-friendly coloring site, we occasionally feature artwork inspired by popular culture, characters, and concepts.
Our Policy: While we aim to offer content that celebrates and promotes popular brands (e.g., characters, concepts, or styles), we always respect the direct request for removal from the official Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) holder or its authorized legal representatives.
If a major brand or rights holder requests the removal of an Item, we will prioritize the request and proceed with the takedown to maintain legal compliance and good faith relationships.
Our intention with fan-inspired content is always promotional, to keep the brand/concept relevant and visible to its fans. However, legal rights take precedence.
Notification and Takedown Procedure (DMCA Compliant)
If you are an IPR Holder and believe that any Item on www.epiccoloringpages.com infringes upon your copyright or trademark, please follow the steps below to submit a formal Notification of Claimed Infringement.

Statement of Accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the IPR Holder or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the IPR.
Physical or Electronic Signature: The physical or electronic signature of the IPR Holder or a person authorized to act on behalf of the IPR Holder.
Evaluation and Resolution
Confirmation and Review
Upon receipt of a complete Notification, we will confirm receipt within 2 Business Days. Our legal team will then conduct a prompt evaluation of the claim, examining the evidence provided and the legal standing of the content.
Immediate Action
If the claim appears legitimate based on the initial review, the alleged Violation Material will be immediately taken down or restricted pending the final resolution of our investigation.
Resolution Outcomes
We are committed to resolving complaints swiftly and fairly. Depending on the nature of the infringement, the resolution will generally involve one of the following:
Full Removal: If the infringement is clear, the Item will be permanently removed and not republished.
Licensing: We may contact the IPR Holder to negotiate a formal licensing agreement, allowing the Item to remain online under a legitimate commercial contract.
Modification: The Item may be substantially modified to remove any infringing elements while retaining the general artistic concept (e.g., changing colors, patterns, or styles to differentiate from the original work).
No Violation Found: If our investigation concludes that the use is legally permissible (e.g., fair use or a non-infringing derivative work), the Item may be restored to the website.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the Violation Material will remain removed indefinitely.
Modifications to this Policy
Epic Coloring Pages reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy as necessary or as required by law. All changes will be posted here.
